A very nice Fur coat, full length Muskrat, fits sizes 14 to 16+, medium natural color as seen in the pictures.

It has invisible clasps for closing, instead of buttons, an inside tie-up, 2 outside pockets and one inside pocket.

This coat comes from a smoke-free home.

New condition, kept in cold storage.

Full length, measured at the back at collar seam to the bottom hem= 46".

Across the back, top shoulders, between sleeve seams =15+".

Across the back over the shoulder blades, halfway sleeve hole seams= 16" sleeve length= 24".

At the back, armpit to armpit= 24".

Overall measurement around chest/back, with coat closed= 46".

Overall measurement around the coat's bottom hem= 60".

The coat is in mint condition, just like new, no discoloration whatsoever, no bald wear/tear areas, perfect at sleeve hems and lining, no loose or falling out fur, supple leather.

All the measurements are taken from the exterior of the coat which means that you should take 2 inches of the chest measurements for lining and a bit more for movement, so it will not be too tight.
I think a fur coat should be a little loose hanging, better too roomy than too tight, for comfort and good looks.

This lovely coat was purchased at Sears in Toronto and worn perhaps a dpzen times.
